Spreader
The feed spreader is a piece of equipment that allows to distribute uniformly the food inside the Cage. The air used for the food distribution is the propelling force for the rotating movement of the top mouthpiece (nozzle).
Automatic Selector Valve
This valve is used to direct the food (which comes from a single line) to the different cages. The valve operation can be automatic and/or remote.
Feed Control Software Alihub v3.0
With this Software Tool, the site manager can handle the complete system according to the different strategies of feeding. In addition, with a production module, he can take control of the fishes of every cage or tank.
Wireless Video and Data System
The wireless video and data system allows to monitor the fishes from the different cages, especially when they are fed. With this system it is possible to determine when the fish have had enough. The cage to be seen can be automatically selected, in synchronism with the feeding system.
Silo, Doser and Control Cabinet
Huber have a system of dosing by screw, which allows a higher accuracy of the dose to give, and provides a better treat to the food. Every doser unit is associated with a silo or a part of it. The system can control up to 16 different dosers.
The control cabinet houses the local central processor (PLC) and the elements for control. It also incorporates the electrical power elements and electrical equipment, like frequency variators for the suitable managing of the dosers and blowers.
Blower
The blower is the propellant unit of the feeding system. The air that is generated by the blower is the propelling force that carries the food from the platform up to the Cages.
